Superintendent - Commercial
Superintendent role with an ENR ranked General Contractor working on large commercial projects. This General Contractor has a strong national presence but is in the process of building out their Arizona team.

Description
- Manage the construction schedule, resources, and subcontractors to ensure timely progress.
- Ensure the work meets the company's standards and specifications.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all workers.
- Oversee the daily activities on the job site, addressing any issues that arise.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team, clients, and subcontractors.
- Address and resolve any construction-related issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of progress, inspections, and any changes to the project scope.
Profile
- 3+ year's experience in large scale construction
- Must have expereince working on large commercial projects
- Well established tenure working for notable general contractors
- Complete understanding of the construction process
- Strong mentor and trainer
- Team player and builder
- Drives work and owns the schedule
- Experience working on projects ranging from $20M - $30M
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
