Construction Superintendent

The Superintendent will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with teams and subcontractors in the property industry.

Description

• Manage day-to-day site operations for commercial interior projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades.
• Maintain project schedule and proactively resolve delays.
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Profile

• A successful Superintendent should have:
• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial interiors or related construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Procore experience highly preferred
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
