We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑end interior projects across Manhattan and Brooklyn, spanning luxury retail, residential, and commercial spaces. Description

    • Manage luxury interior projects from preconstruction through closeout.
    • Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement.
    • Coordinate closely with designers, architects, subcontractors, and clients.
    • Ensure quality execution across high‑end finishes, millwork, and custom details.
    • Drive project timelines while maintaining exceptional standards and client satisfaction.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

    • Proven experience managing luxury interior projects across retail, residential, and/or commercial sectors.
    • Strong understanding of high‑end finishes, detailing, and complex coordination.
    • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple high‑touch projects.
