This family owned growing general contractor is urgently seeking a Project Manager to join their team on a diverse pipeline of upcoming projects throught New Hampshire.

My client is a family owned and operated General Contractor, located in Southern New Hampshire. They have been in business for nearly 20 years, progressing with steady growth. Most of their projects are between $1M-$10M within the multifamily and general commercial market. They offer a family like culture and pride themselves on their quality of work.




Description

The Project Manager - Southern NH will be responsible for:

  • Assist all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor work progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and address any on-site issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address concerns.
  • Assist in managing project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Support the Project Manager in negotiating contracts and change orders.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with project specifications.

Profile

The ideal Project Manager - Southern NH will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in construction management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
