Senior Project Manager/ Project Executive
We are seeking a leader to oversee projects and construction teams in a senior role - whether as a Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or Director of Construction, depending on experience. This opportunity comes amid significant growth, with plenty of potential on the horizon to join a leading general contractor in Indianapolis.

Our client recently achieved a record-breaking year in revenue and plans to surpass it in the years ahead. They continue to grow, with a new corporate headquarters in downtown Indianapolis. Their projects include assisted living facilities, churches, and automotive developments - all delivered through design/build. Description
Oversee individual projects with the goal of eventually managing multiple teams
Meet regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and project alignment
Collaborate with business development teams to identify and secure new opportunities
Develop contracts, scopes of work, and project documentation
Mentor, train, and support team members to foster professional growth
Profile
10-20 years of experience in construction
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
Proven Design/Build experience
Demonstrated success in Business Development, including a track record of winning projects and driving revenue growth
Strong ability to create and write contracts
Proficiency in strategic planning
Experience managing projects ranging from $5M to $15M
Local to Indianapolis with a strong understanding of the local market
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Job Offer
Title: Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or Director of Construction (based on experience)
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 - $185,000 per year
