This Project Manager role is for an experienced PM who can immediately take ownership of higher‑ed, healthcare, and senior living projects, reporting directly to VP of Ops. Description
- Manage construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
- Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and work plans.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet project goals.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues or delays effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead project team meetings to facilitate communication and problem-solving.
Profile
