Construction Project Manager - Fairfield, CT
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in Fairfield, CT. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to manage high-impact projects ranging from $1M to $25M, ensuring their successful completion.

Description
- Lead all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to establish project goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain high safety and quality standards.
- Facilitate project meetings with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any challenges promptly.
Profile
- 10+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on commercial projects.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Familiarity with construction management software; Procore experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction; OSHA 30 certification preferred.
