Description
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial door dealers, storm product dealers, window and door dealers, glaziers, security consultants, and exterior home improvement companies.
Expand the dealer network across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, and Arizona.
Act as the primary contact for dealers and customers, ensuring responsive follow-up and ongoing satisfaction.
Train dealer sales teams on product applications, sales techniques, and installation methods, including ride-alongs when necessary.
Assess customer needs and communicate opportunities for new product development to internal teams.
Manage leads and maintain accurate CRM records to support growth and track performance.
Collaborate with internal support, service, and operations teams to meet regional sales objectives.
Profile
5+ years of B2B sales experience in building materials, glazing/glass, construction, or other engineered products.
Strong ability to develop dealer/reseller relationships and drive revenue growth.
Excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills.
Experience interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Knowledge of door systems, rolling shutters, window systems, or security glazing solutions a plus.
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Must be based in the Southwestern U.S. with extensive travel required throughout the territory.
