Estimator / Senior Estimator
The Estimator / Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and managing budgets for various construction projects in the property industry. This role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in Miami.

Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects in the property industry.
 - Analyze project requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
 - Collaborate with project managers to establish budgets and timelines.
 - Review and evaluate subcontractor bids for accuracy and compliance.
 - Maintain accurate records of all estimates and related documentation.
 - Monitor project costs to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
 - Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on budgetary status.
 - Stay informed on market trends, material costs, and industry standards.
 
Profile
A successful Estimator / Senior Estimator should have:
- Proven experience in cost estimation within the property industry.
 - Strong analytical and numerical skills.
 - Proficiency in construction estimation software and tools.
 - Comprehensive understanding of construction processes and materials.
 - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in Miami.
 - Effective communication and collaboration skills.
