Litigation Paralegal (DE)
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support a fast-paced litigation department in Wilmington. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing litigation cases, ensuring thorough documentation, and providing critical support to attorneys.

Description
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information to support ongoing litigation.
- Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and accessible.
- Coordinate with external parties, including clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel, as needed.
- Prepare exhibits and evidence for trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Track court deadlines and ensure timely filing of legal documents.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling and calendar management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management and resolution.
Profile
A successful Litigation Paralegal should have:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ YOE as a litigation paralegal.
- Strong research skills and proficiency in using various research tools, including the Internet, Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER and other court-related websites.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases effectively.
- Familiarity with legal terminology, court procedures, and case management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support attorney-client interactions.
- Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail in all tasks.
