DOT Construction Superintendent - Windham, CT
An immediate opportunity is available for a Superintendent to take the lead on a critical Connecticut Department of Transportation project. This role is ideal for someone with field leadership experience in public infrastructure work, ready to manage a high-expectation job site.

Description
Oversee day-to-day operations of a DOT project in Windham
Coordinate trades, logistics, safety measures, and inspections
Ensure compliance with CT DOT and transit system standards
Manage schedule, subcontractors, and site documentation
Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders
Profile
You have proven experience managing DOT or transit-related projects, ideally in Connecticut. You're organized, decisive, and experienced in coordinating complex job sites with multiple moving parts.
Job Offer
Salary up to $140,000 for the right candidate
Per diem available for qualified travel needs
