Description

• Lead ground-up construction of big box grocery stores and retail projects from start to finish.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and site safety to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections, progress reporting, and problem-solving to keep projects on track.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial ground-up construction, preferably in retail or grocery stores.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering big box retail projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive results on-site.
• Knowledge of South Florida construction codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes.
• Ability to travel to job sites throughout South Florida as needed
