Superintendent - Ground-Up Big Box
As Superintendent, you'll manage construction projects, ensuring they're on time, on budget, and meet quality standards through effective team leadership and resource management.

Description
- Lead ground-up construction of big box grocery stores and retail projects from start to finish.
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and site safety to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Conduct site inspections, progress reporting, and problem-solving to keep projects on track.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial ground-up construction, preferably in retail or grocery stores.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering big box retail projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive results on-site.
- Knowledge of South Florida construction codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes.
- Ability to travel to job sites throughout South Florida as needed
