Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-end luxury retail projects for globally recognized brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments and is passionate about bringing elevated, design-forward spaces to life with precision and excellence.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle-from pre-construction planning through final handover-ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and subcontractors, managing complex coordination while maintaining exceptional client service and communication.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple luxury retail construction projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
  • Coordinate closely with architects, designers, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and brand alignment are delivered
  • Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track
  • Oversee procurement, contract administration, and change order management
  • Maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication and leadership
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and compliance

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in luxury retail or high-end commercial interiors
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, design-driven projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and contracts
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
