Structural Superintendent

Take the lead on skyline-defining projects with one of the region's most respected structural concrete contractors. We're seeking a seasoned General Superintendent to oversee all field operations on high-rise multifamily concrete builds.

Description

• Lead and supervise all on-site activities for large-scale, high-rise concrete structures.

• Coordinate crews, equipment, and materials to ensure safe, efficient progress in line with project schedules.

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align daily field operations with broader project goals.

• Maintain high standards for jobsite safety, productivity, and quality.

• Conduct daily huddles, safety meetings, and progress check-ins with foremen and labor teams.

• Solve field issues in real time while maintaining timelines and budget control.

Profile

• 10+ years of structural concrete experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing high-rise multifamily or commercial projects.

• Deep knowledge of formwork systems (e.g., PERI, Doka, EFCO) and concrete placement techniques.

• Proven ability to lead large field teams on vertical structures of 20+ stories.

• Strong organizational and communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

• OSHA 30 certification; strong commitment to safety and field training.
