Structural Superintendent
Take the lead on skyline-defining projects with one of the region's most respected structural concrete contractors. We're seeking a seasoned General Superintendent to oversee all field operations on high-rise multifamily concrete builds.

With a strong reputation for quality, performance, and safety, they self-perform major scopes of work on some of the tallest and most technically complex buildings in urban markets. Description
Lead and supervise all on-site activities for large-scale, high-rise concrete structures.
Coordinate crews, equipment, and materials to ensure safe, efficient progress in line with project schedules.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align daily field operations with broader project goals.
Maintain high standards for jobsite safety, productivity, and quality.
Conduct daily huddles, safety meetings, and progress check-ins with foremen and labor teams.
Solve field issues in real time while maintaining timelines and budget control.
Profile
10+ years of structural concrete experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing high-rise multifamily or commercial projects.
Deep knowledge of formwork systems (e.g., PERI, Doka, EFCO) and concrete placement techniques.
Proven ability to lead large field teams on vertical structures of 20+ stories.
Strong organizational and communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
OSHA 30 certification; strong commitment to safety and field training.
