Project Executive - South of Boston - Multifamily Construction

We're seeking a Project Executive to lead multiple ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is a strategic leadership role with direct impact on operations, client relationships, and team development.

Description

• Provide operational oversight for multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Lead internal project teams and manage cross-functional coordination
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction across all phases
• Oversee financial reporting, risk analysis, and subcontractor performance
• Conduct monthly project reviews and staffing evaluations
• Attend owner meetings, site visits, and subcontractor progress meetings
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of owner applications

Profile

A successful Project Executive should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or Construction Management
• 10-15+ years of construction management experience
• Proven experience in ground-up multifamily, assisted living, or hospitality projects
• Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License
• OSHA 30-hour training
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; Spectrum and Procore experience preferred
• LEED AP or LEED training encouraged
