Project Executive - South of Boston - Multifamily Construction
We're seeking a Project Executive to lead multiple ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is a strategic leadership role with direct impact on operations, client relationships, and team development.

They specialize in high-profile projects up to $120M across multifamily, senior living, mixed-use, hospitality, and academic sectors. Large enough to offer stability and resources, yet small enough to ensure you're not just a number.
Description
- Provide operational oversight for multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead internal project teams and manage cross-functional coordination
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction across all phases
- Oversee financial reporting, risk analysis, and subcontractor performance
- Conduct monthly project reviews and staffing evaluations
- Attend owner meetings, site visits, and subcontractor progress meetings
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of owner applications
Profile
A successful Project Executive should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or Construction Management
- 10-15+ years of construction management experience
- Proven experience in ground-up multifamily, assisted living, or hospitality projects
- Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License
- OSHA 30-hour training
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; Spectrum and Procore experience preferred
- LEED AP or LEED training encouraged
