Client Details

• HQ in Kansas City, MO - our client has multiple offices across the nation.
• Do $300M+ per year.
• Touch on just about everything from community and municipal, healthcare, entertainment, large developments, retail and multi-family projects.

Description

• Work closely with the client from start to end of project.
• Ensure you understand whole project scope and vision of all projects.
• Prepare and submit project estimates to clients.
• Negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.
• Hold meetings on-site with client, architect and construction crew.
• Oversee beginning of each turn-key project, including all details such as permit submission and design evaluations.
• Review project proposal, drawings and plans to determine all project details such as time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture).
• 6+ years working in the construction/project management space.
• Proficient in construction software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working with retail construction.
