Description

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day manufacturing operations while owning performance across all metrics. This role ensures production plans are met, resources are aligned to demand, compliance requirements are maintained, and continuous improvement initiatives are executed to improve efficiency and reliability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning and driving performance against through structured action plans.
• Leading production teams, staffing, capacity planning, and daily execution on the floor.
• Championing continuous improvement initiatives and supporting quality system compliance.

A successful Production Supervisor is a proven manufacturing leader with experience supervising production teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
