Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Charlotte
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction to manage projects from inception to completion. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the construction industry, project management, and effective leadership skills.

Description
- Oversee all aspects of commercial construction project management
- Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule
- Review the project schedule with senior management and other staff
- Manage project budget, including subcontractor contracts and change orders
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
- Provide project updates to stakeholders through formal and informal communication

Profile
A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:
- A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
- Proven working experience in construction management
- Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
- Expertise in project management software tools, applications and MS Office
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process
- Ability to plan and see the 'big picture'
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
- Excellent time and project management skills
