Description
The Project Manager - K-12, Higher Ed, Commercial - Bethesda, MD will be responsible for:
- Managing project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones and client specifications are met.
- Overseeing project documentation and ensuring compliance with contracts, local building codes, and regulations.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and subcontractors, providing updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues.
- Managing project teams and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Profile
The Project Manager - K-12, Higher Ed, Commercial - Bethesda, MD will have:
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally with a focus on K-12, higher education, municipal, or commercial projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing projects in the $30M - $150M range.
- Familiarity with design-bid-build, construction management at-risk, and agency delivery methods.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, maintain strong client relationships, and lead teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
