Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager (SPM) to join their team and oversee multiple healthcare renovation projects. This position will report directly to the company's owner and will be critical in managing all phases of construction from preconstruction through completion. You will be responsible for leading project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
The Senior Project Manager - Occupied Healthcare - Centreville, VA will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee preconstruction and estimating phases, ensuring strategic bidding and budgeting processes.
- Maintain strong client relationships and communicate project progress to all stakeholders.
- Provide conflict resolution and monitor project quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews, provide team training, and foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in business development and attend required company events and meetings.
- Ensure safety and quality control across all projects.
Profile
The Senior Project Manager - Occupied Healthcare - Centreville, VA will have the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare construction, specifically in occupied hospital environments.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
- Strong knowledge of project management, estimating, scheduling, and cost control.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts professionally.
- Proficiency in construction management software (MS Project, Procore, etc.).
- ASHE CHC, OSHA 30, PMP, and LEED certifications are encouraged.
Job Offer
The Senior Project Manager - Occupied Healthcare - Centreville, VA will receive the following:
- Salary: $140,000-$150,000 depending on experience
- Vehicle Allowance: $500/month
- Health Insurance: Coverage begins day 1 (54% employer contribution)
