General Manager - Industrial Manufacturing - Tilton, NH
In this General Manager role you will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence. This role is responsible for managing all business operations across the division, including strategic planning, financial performance, production efficiency, and team development.

Description
The General Manager will report directly into the President and be responsible for:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to department heads and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Analyze operational performance metrics, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement necessary improvements.
- Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize operational performance.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless coordination of business operations.
- Manage facility operations, including maintenance, safety protocols, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
- Establish and refine policies and procedures to drive operational efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.
- Lead and support the development and training of operational staff to enhance skills and performance.
- Identify business growth opportunities and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.

Profile
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business or a related field (Masters Degree preferred).
- 12+ years of leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and financial oversight.
- Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees, customers, and partners.
