Description

The General Manager will report directly into the President and be responsible for:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to department heads and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Analyze operational performance metrics, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement necessary improvements.
• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize operational performance.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless coordination of business operations.
• Manage facility operations, including maintenance, safety protocols, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Profile

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business or a related field (Masters Degree preferred).
• 12+ years of leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and financial oversight.
• Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees, customers, and partners.
