Finish / Interiors Superintendent

The Finish / Interiors Superintendent is responsible for all field personnel, job site updates, schedule and safety for their assigned project. Initial Project is a $55M luxury condo and focus will be on finishes now that structure is complete.

Description

Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the following:

• Run/manage project focused on interiors / finish work
• Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
• Establish and maintain an effective and professional onsite working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
• Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.
• Work with team on development of Master Schedule and 3 week look aheads
• Pushing subs to complete work on-time

Profile

Construction Superintendent must have the following:

• Expertise with Finish / Interiors construction in multifamily / commercial space
• at least 10 years leading multifamily / commercial construction projects from Ground Up
• Condo Construction experience (PREFERRED)
• Procore or similar construction software proficiency.
• Strong blueprint Reading skills
• Leadership qualities who works well with their PM
