Site Superintendent - Light Industrial - Nashville

Oversee on-site operations on a day to day basis for medium scale industrial projects with a tilt wall focus. Work with subcontractors and other departments of the general contractor to ensure a safe and successful project, meeting both the developer and owners specifications.

General Contractor with over 5 decades of experience within the Tennessee market and focuses on light industrial & commercial projects which range anywhere from 20,000 sqft - 900,000 sqft. Growth has been increasing hence is why they are trying to grow their oversight with a new Project Manager.

Description

• Run/manage project from start to finish
• Oversee subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
• Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
• Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project

Profile

• 10+ years of Commercial Construction experience.
• Relative experience in the local market.
• Established connections with subcontractors in Nashville.
• Strong knowledge of MEP & FP, and mission critical systems.
• Completed industrial projects greater than $5M (please include a list of projects completed with resume).
• Efficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook.
