Project Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of commercial interior projects from start to finish. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders to ensure the timely, within-budget, and high-quality completion of projects.

We specialize in delivering high-quality interior construction projects for a variety of commercial clients, including office spaces, retail environments, and hospitality projects. Our small, collaborative team thrives on precision, quality, and meeting the unique needs of each client.
Description
Project Planning & Coordination: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate all aspects of project execution to ensure smooth workflows from pre-construction through to project completion.
Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Manage client communications, address concerns, and facilitate regular project updates.
Budget & Cost Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets. Track expenses, handle change orders, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to control costs.
Team Management: Lead and coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure high performance and collaboration on all project stages. Ensure that team members are informed, motivated, and aligned with project goals.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks (schedule delays, budget overruns, quality issues) and develop proactive solutions to mitigate or eliminate them.
Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders. Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
Post-Project Closeout: Oversee the closeout process, ensuring final inspections, punch lists, and client sign-offs are completed. Facilitate warranty and post-construction support.
Profile
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial interiors or construction.
Proven track record of managing commercial interior projects from inception to completion.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and practices.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project, or similar).
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of construction safety regulations, codes, and standards.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Additional Skills:
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Familiarity with estimating, scheduling, and cost control processes.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to resolve conflicts and make decisions under pressure.
