Description

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from precon to closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with field teams and leadership to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Profile

The successful candidate is a seasoned Project Manager with experience in industrial, tilt-wall, or big box construction. They are highly organized, strong in coordination and communication, and capable of driving complex projects from start to finish while managing budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.
