Senior Project Manager

Description
- Lead large-scale commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships
- Manage and mentor project managers, engineers, and field staff
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Profile
- 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation
- Familiarity with the Nashville market or willingness to relocate
