Description
- Manage all aspects of municipal construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and teams to maintain project alignment and communication.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and budget forecasts.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Oversee procurement and allocation of resources to meet project demands.
- Foster strong relationships with municipal clients and other key stakeholders.
Profile
A successful Project Manager - Municipal should have:
