Senior Associate - Client Services

Seeking a Senior Associate to join the Client Service team with a strong emphasis on reporting and operational excellence. This role is central to delivering a seamless client experience by managing end-to-end reporting processes and supporting client operational needs. You will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely, accurate, and customized reporting while coordinating capital activity and addressing client inquiries.

Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client reporting and operational requests.
  • Prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports, including:
    • Performance reports (quarterly, annual)
    • Capital activity reports (capital calls, distributions)
    • Custom investor reporting packages
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Client Service Reporting, Investment Accounting, Risk & Compliance) to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all client deliverables.
  • Manage client inquiries related to transactions, account activity, and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain and update client data in Salesforce; ensure reporting workflows are properly documented and auditable.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and client satisfaction.

Profile

Experience:

  • 8+ years in financial services or asset management, with a focus on client service and reporting.
  • Direct experience in a client-facing role and strong understanding of institutional investor needs.
  • Exposure to private markets (infrastructure, private equity, or similar) preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (required).
  • Strong Excel and Power BI skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate technical financial and investment content clearly.

Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with capital activity processes (capital calls, distributions).
  • Understanding of global regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
