Description

• Project Oversight: Lead all on-site construction activities from pre-construction to project closeout, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Team Management: Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and project staff to maintain smooth operations and effective communication on-site.
• Quality Control: Monitor construction processes to ensure high standards, managing inspections, and addressing any quality issues promptly.
• Safety Enforcement: Enforce OSHA and company-specific safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment and address safety concerns immediately.
• Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules, including sequencing work to meet milestones and maintain progress.
• Budget Management: Oversee expenditures related to materials and labor, ensuring the project stays within the budget.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any on-site issues or delays that could impact the project timeline or budget.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on progress, site conditions, and any potential risks.
