Plant Maintenance Manager - Processed Foods
We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Maintenance Manager for a leading processed foods company in Los Angeles County. The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance operations and ensure the highest standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency in the production facility.

Description
* Lead all maintenance operations to support uptime, product quality, and safety
* Own preventive maintenance, calibration, and reliability programs
* Partner with Production to drive throughput and reduce downtime
* Coordinate contractors, projects, and facility improvements
* Train and develop maintenance personnel
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant
* Maintain compliance with USDA, SQF, and regulatory standards
* Oversee facility safety, security systems, and emergency protocols
Profile
* Food manufacturing experience required; USDA experience strongly preferred
* Strong hands‑on mechanical aptitude
* Experience leading maintenance teams
* Continuous improvement mindset; CI/HACCP/Green Belt a plus
* Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
* Flexible, open‑minded, and comfortable learning plant equipment
