Sr. Director of Operations
The Sr. Director of Operations will oversee and optimize the operations within the Engineering & Manufacturing department of 4 sites at a leading FMCG organization. This role requires a proactive leader with expertise in operational excellence and a results-driven approach.

Description
- Oversee daily operations within the Engineering & Manufacturing department to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals.
- Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.
- Analyze and report on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations and enhance efficiency.

Profile
- A successful Sr./Director of Operations should have:
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in the FMCG industry.
- Extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic operational plans.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and managing budgets effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to meet production, quality, and cost objectives.
- Lead CAPEX projects from concept through implementation, including budgeting, vendor selection, and ROI analysis.
- Oversee plant operations, maintenance programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Finance and Engineering teams to prioritize investments and manage project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory standards, and sustainability goals.
- Drive operational KPIs and implement best practices across multiple facilities.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Proven track record managing large-scale CAPEX projects (equipment upgrades, facility expansions, automation).
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
Job Offer
