• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
• Monitor budgets and track project costs to ensure financial goals are met.
• Provide recommendations to optimize costs without compromising quality.
• Maintain records of estimates and revisions for future reference.
• Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to maintain competitive estimates.

A successful Estimator should have:
