Description

• Lead and manage engineering projects within the packaging industry, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
• Oversee processes such as corrugated converting, flexible packaging, laminating, slitting, die-cutting, and digital & flexographic printing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop retail-ready packaging solutions that align with client needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards within the manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team, fostering professional growth.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance packaging capabilities and market competitiveness.
• Develop and manage budgets related to engineering projects and operations.

Profile

A successful Director of Engineering - Packaging should have:
