Recruiter

The Recruiter will be responsible for strategically and proactively managing the continuous volume of end to end full cycle recruitment needs for the organization.

Our client is a citywide nonprofit organization whose mission is to create and sustain high quality affordable housing and programs, building strong and economically diverse neighborhoods throughout New York City.

Description

• Collaborate with external organizations to develop recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Form close relationships with hiring managers.
• Directly partner with agency leaders and management team to recruit for key positions.
• End to end candidate experience.
• Oversee recruitment strategies including social media, on-line marketing, job boards, cold calling, employee referral program, e-mails, etc.
• Continuously improve the selection process with tools, interview guides, testing and interview training the improves selection results.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives and processes for retaining diverse talent.

Profile

• Bachelors degree
• At least 1 year of recruiting experience
• Must be detail orientated
• Highly organized
• Excellent project management with strong follow up skills
• Time management
• Written communication skills
