Recruiter
The Recruiter will be responsible for strategically and proactively managing the continuous volume of end to end full cycle recruitment needs for the organization.

Our client is a citywide nonprofit organization whose mission is to create and sustain high quality affordable housing and programs, building strong and economically diverse neighborhoods throughout New York City.
Description
- Collaborate with external organizations to develop recruiting and sourcing strategies.
- Form close relationships with hiring managers.
- Directly partner with agency leaders and management team to recruit for key positions.
- End to end candidate experience.
- Oversee recruitment strategies including social media, on-line marketing, job boards, cold calling, employee referral program, e-mails, etc.
- Continuously improve the selection process with tools, interview guides, testing and interview training the improves selection results.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives and processes for retaining diverse talent.
Profile
- Bachelors degree
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience
- Must be detail orientated
- Highly organized
- Excellent project management with strong follow up skills
- Time management
- Written communication skills
