We are urgently seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage and oversee ground-up multifamily construction projects in Seymour, CT. The Superintendent will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely project delivery.

Description
- Oversee day-to-day construction operations on-site, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Supervise trade crafts, manage workflows, and enforce safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the entire project team.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily or ground-up construction. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team on-site are essential.
