Description

• Oversee all aspects of production, ensuring output meets quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Develop and implement production schedules aligned with customer demand and inventory goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to streamline processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and production staff to achieve performance objectives.
• Manage resource allocation, equipment maintenance, and workflow efficiency to minimize downtime.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
• In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and quality control systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in interpreting production data.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
