Description

• Plan, manage, and oversee municipal construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals align with client requirements.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
• Manage project teams, including contractors and sub-contractors, to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any project-related issues or challenges promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all municipal regulations and construction standards.
• Support continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned from projects.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Municipal should have:

• A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing municipal construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, and budgeting.
• Familiarity with relevant municipal regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges during project execution.
