Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in supporting project execution from pre-construction to closeout. This position involves collaborating with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Description
- Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
- Track project progress and prepare regular updates for stakeholders.
- Review project documents, contracts, and drawings for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage procurement of materials and monitor inventory.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Maintain project files, documentation, and change orders.
- Assist in resolving project issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
- Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on-site.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and quality.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety standards.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.
