The Project Engineer will be an integral team member in the construction department of a prominent business services organization, handling a wide range of tasks from planning to execution of construction projects.

Description

  • Oversee the development, coordination, and monitoring of all phases of the construction project.
  • Work closely with architects and engineers to define project specifications.
  • Compile and deliver project updates to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Guarantee project completion within the established timeframe.
  • Administer the project budget and arrange for required resources.
  • Maintain adherence to safety standards and building regulations.
  • Manage subcontractors and oversee contractual obligations.
  • Evaluate completed projects and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Profile

  • A successful 'Project Engineer' should have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and leading teams.
  • Solid understanding of design and visualization tools.
  • Competence in site layout, grading, utility planning, securing regulatory approvals, and related tasks.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Capability to manage projects involving diverse disciplines effectively.
