As the Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner - Global Commercial, you'll act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to global commercial leaders. You'll drive people strategies that align with business priorities, influence organizational design, lead talent management initiatives, and support the development of a high-performing, engaged, and agile commercial workforce.
$150k-$175k + bonus and great benefits.
Hybrid schedule, 3 days on site in Canton, Mass.

Description
Serve as the lead HRBP for the global commercial population, partnering closely with executive and senior leadership to develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business objectives.
Provide thought leadership in organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and culture building.
Support global commercial teams through complex organizational changes including acquisitions, expansions, and restructuring efforts.
Partner with COEs (Compensation, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, DE&I, etc.) to deliver best-in-class HR programs and services.
Advise leaders on performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to identify talent gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Champion employee engagement and career development initiatives, particularly for high-potential commercial talent.
Ensure compliance with global employment laws and company policies, collaborating with local HR teams as needed.
Facilitate global alignment and regional execution of key HR initiatives.
Profile
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3+ years supporting global commercial functions (Sales, Marketing, etc).
Proven HRBP experience in a global manufacturing or industrial organization required.
Demonstrated success advising senior leaders and influencing business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.
Deep understanding of commercial roles and how HR can support go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and sales enablement.
Strong project management and change management experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a balance of empathy and business savvy.
Experience supporting M&A integration or large-scale organizational transformation.
Working knowledge of Workday or other global HRIS systems.
Global mobility or international talent management exposure.
