Description
As Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage multiple projects across Southern VA and East Coast markets
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Utilize Procore and other tools for documentation and reporting
- Drive project profitability and timely delivery

Profile
You are a proactive leader with a passion for managing complex projects and building strong client relationships.
You bring:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven ability to manage ground-up projects ($1M-$30M)
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Familiarity with Procore and other construction tech tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel regionally for projects
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to quality
