2nd Shift Production Supervisor - Industrial - Rye, NH
I am seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee and enhance my client's daily operations within the Engineering & Manufacturing department in their New Hampshire location. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with making decisions, offering solutions to problems, and supporting team efforts.

Description
The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee the daily operations of the 2nd shift production team
- Implement strategies to improve quality and efficiency
- Provide training and support to production team members
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation flow
- Ensure safety regulations and company policies are adhered to
- Monitor and report on production performance metrics
- Address any issues or delays in production in a timely manner
- Foster a positive working environment and lead by example
