Profile

• 10+ years of construction industry experience
• Mastery in scoping out bids and drafting and executing subcontracts
• Can the independently execute a monthly job cost forecast and ensure accuracy
• Execute and accurate and updated monthly job schedule
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, (or similar)
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of diverse employees

Job Offer

• The compensation package includes a salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, contingent on experience
