Program Manager- Aerospace- Brentwood, NY
The Program Manager leads execution of complex, technically driven programs, coordinating cross‑functional teams, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure on‑time delivery. The role requires strong engineering or manufacturing experience and the ability to support mission‑critical work in regulated environments.

Description
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of complex technical programs to ensure objectives, schedules, and deliverables are met
- Coordinate and align cross‑functional project teams and functional managers
- Manage program schedules, milestones, and dependencies across multiple projects
- Track progress and report program status, accomplishments, and risks to stakeholders
- Administer risk management processes and develop mitigation plans
- Facilitate clear, timely communication with customers and internal teams
- Support program delivery while ensuring alignment with overall business goals
Profile
- Proven program management professional with extensive experience leading complex, technical initiatives
- Strong background in engineering or a related technical discipline
- Experience working in manufacturing or other highly regulated environments
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders
- Strong communicator who can effectively engage cross‑functional teams and customers
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and skilled in risk management and problem solving
- Able to align program execution with broader business and operational goals
