Description
The Construction Estimator - Public & Higher Ed Projects - Canton MA will be responsible for:
- Reporting directly to the Chief Estimator
- Working hand-in-hand with the Project Management team
- Generating conceptual, schematic, lump sum, GMP, design development, and other types of estimates
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with repeat/potential clients
- Attend meetings and contribute to presentations
Profile
The Construction Estimator - Public & Higher Ed Projects - Canton MA will possess:
- 5+ years experience with a GC
- Experience supervising public/commercial/ hihger ed projects
- BIM/VDC, P6, procore software experience is required
Job Offer
