Construction Project Manager - Meriden, CT
A respected Connecticut-based general contractor is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of commercial construction projects in the Meriden area. Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client relations.
- Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Lead project meetings and collaborate with field teams and ownership.
Profile
- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Local Connecticut market knowledge preferred.
