Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client relations.
• Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Lead project meetings and collaborate with field teams and ownership.

Profile

• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Local Connecticut market knowledge preferred.
