Project Engineer

As a Civil Engineer, you'll lead the design and development of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. You will work on a diverse range of projects including site development, roadways, utilities, stormwater management, and municipal infrastructure.

Description

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept through construction.

• Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.

• Conduct site visits and assessments to collect data and monitor project progress.

• Perform calculations for grading, drainage, utilities, and other civil systems.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

• Review and approve drawings, ensuring compliance with local and federal codes.

• Mentor junior engineers and support staff.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

• Current and active PE (Professional Engineer) license required.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in civil/site design or infrastructure projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design software.

• Strong knowledge of permitting processes, zoning, and construction documentation.

• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
