Project Engineer
As a Civil Engineer, you'll lead the design and development of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. You will work on a diverse range of projects including site development, roadways, utilities, stormwater management, and municipal infrastructure.

With a strong track record of successful developments and a commitment to quality craftsmanship, we are looking to add an experienced Residential Project Manager to our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the city's residential landscape while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Description
Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept through construction.
Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Conduct site visits and assessments to collect data and monitor project progress.
Perform calculations for grading, drainage, utilities, and other civil systems.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Review and approve drawings, ensuring compliance with local and federal codes.
Mentor junior engineers and support staff.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Current and active PE (Professional Engineer) license required.
5+ years of relevant experience in civil/site design or infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design software.
Strong knowledge of permitting processes, zoning, and construction documentation.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
