Description

The MEP Project Manager Will Be Responsible For:

  • Manage MEP projects from preconstruction through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, permitting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
  • Monitor project performance, ensuring cost control, schedule adherence, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
  • Supervise field staff and subcontractors, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Support project estimating, risk management, and value engineering initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to leadership and clients.
  • Implement innovative construction technologies and sustainable practices to enhance project outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks while resolving issues to keep projects on track.
  • Foster strong client and stakeholder relationships to support long-term business growth

Profile

The Successful MEP Project Manager Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience managing MEP construction projects in commercial or institutional settings.
  • Proven experience with budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating multiple trades.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and construction best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and client expectations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience implementing innovative technologies and sustainable construction practices.
  • Track record of successfully mitigating project risks and resolving challenges.
  • Strong client and stakeholder relationship management skills to support project succes

Job Offer

The MEP Project Manager Will Be Offered:

  • Base salary: $110,000-$140,000, based on experience and project expertise
  • Annual guaranteed bonus of=15%
  • $875/month vehicle allowance plus gas card
  • Company-issued cell phone or $70/month stipend
  • 3 weeks PTO plus 7 personal days
