Description
Safety Manager - Multifamily, Commercial - Boston, MA - $160k - Responsibilities
- Lead and manage safety efforts across all ongoing projects, working closely with Superintendents and reporting directly to the Owner.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local safety regulations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs and procedures to promote a safe work environment.
- Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and investigations to identify potential hazards and enforce corrective measures.
- Provide ongoing safety training for project teams and subcontractors.
- Coordinate safety initiatives across multiple project sites, ensuring effective communication and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with project management teams to integrate safety into project planning and execution.
